Mack Woodfin

This month, I am casting my vote for Scott Cass as the next Lamar County Sheriff. He has experience and qualifications that will make him a good Sheriff, but he also has something else- a dedication to the people.

Not too long ago, I had a problem at my ranch with malicious mischief and promptly notified the Sheriff’s office of the serious nature of these incidents. Scott Cass, Chief Deputy Sheriff, personally got involved. Throughout the investigation, I was extremely impressed with the fact that I had direct access to Scott. I was able to discuss all concerns and issues with him. He was very vigilant, sincere, and took our case very serious. Often, he worked long hours of the day and night.  With his law enforcement knowledge, leadership and immediate actions the mischief has ceased. No one wants to go through hard times, but they come. It was such a relief to have the right man working on the job.

His sincere concern for the citizens of our county makes him the best choice as Sheriff for Lamar County. I encourage the citizens of Lamar County to cast their vote for Scott Cass as our Sheriff. I am pleased to support Scott Cass for Sheriff of Lamar County. With his exceptional experience in law enforcement and ethics, he has proven to be an effective leader. I am personally thankful that he is a man that values and displays dedication and hard work.

Sincerely,

-Mack Woodfin
